How do I link with my partner?
Once you sign up, you'll receive a unique Invitation Code. Share this code with your partner. When they enter it in their Lumi app, your accounts will be synchronized!
Are my memories private?
Yes. Your memories, missions, and messages are only visible to you and your linked partner. We use industry-standard encryption to keep your data safe.
How do I restore my purchases?
If you've upgraded to Lumi Premium or bought coins, you can restore them by going to Settings > Restore Purchases. Make sure you're logged into the same Apple ID used for the original purchase.
Can I use Lumi for free?
Absolutely! The core features of Lumi, including daily missions and memory sharing, are available for free. We offer Premium features and cosmetic coin packs for those who want to enhance their experience.
Account & Data Deletion
We respect your right to be forgotten. If you wish to delete your account and all associated data, there are two ways to do so:
1. In-App Deletion (Recommended)
Go to Settings > Account > Delete Account. Follow the prompts to confirm your decision. This will immediately stop all services and schedule your data for permanent deletion.
2. Email Request
If you cannot access the app, please send an email to from the email address associated with your account with the subject line "Account Deletion Request".
What happens when I delete my account?
- Your profile and partner link will be removed.
- All uploaded photos (Memories) and mission progress will be deleted.
- Your coin balance and active subscriptions will be cancelled (note: subscriptions must also be managed via Apple ID settings).
- This action is irreversible after 30 days.
