By downloading or using the Moments app, these terms will automatically apply to you – you should make sure therefore that you read them carefully before using the app.

2. Use of License

Moments grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install and use the application strictly in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.

3. Subscriptions

Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis ("Subscription(s)"). You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis (such as daily, weekly, monthly or annually), depending on the type of Subscription plan you select when purchasing the Subscription.

4. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Moments and its licensors.

5. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
